Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of superdeal.pizza (the "Site") and any orders you place through it, operated by Super Deal Pizza & Wings, 15 Martin St, Milton, ON L9T 2R1 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who can order

You must be 16 or older to place an order. Orders are delivered only to addresses within the Halton area (postal prefixes L9T, L9C, L7J, L7G, L9E, L0P). We may refuse service at our discretion for any reason permitted by Ontario law.

2. Ordering, prices and menu

• Prices shown include item cost and any optional upgrades you select. Ontario HST (13%) is added at checkout. Delivery fees, tips and reward redemptions are shown on the checkout totals panel.
• Menu items, prices and availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you pay, we will contact you by phone or email and either substitute it or refund that portion.
• Minimum subtotal for delivery is $15. Delivery is free over $15 within the Halton zone.
• Every paid order is final once placed; see Refunds below.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. By paying you authorize Stripe to charge your card for the full order total, including HST, delivery fee, tip and any extras you chose. Declined payments void the order.

4. Delivery times

We target 20–30 minutes for delivery and 10–15 minutes for pickup. These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, traffic, kitchen load and building access can affect actual times. We do not offer refunds or discounts for late deliveries unless the order arrives cold and visibly damaged (see Refunds).

5. Refunds

Because food is perishable, we don't accept returns. We will refund or remake an order at our discretion if:

• An item is missing from a paid order,
• An item is clearly wrong (e.g. a different pizza than what you ordered),
• An item arrives cold or in damaged packaging.

Call 905-876-0222 within 24 hours of delivery with your order number. We'll refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Super Deal Rewards (loyalty points)

• Points are earned at 1 point per $1 of paid-order subtotal (pre-tax, pre-tip, pre-delivery). Bonus multipliers may apply on specific days (e.g. 2× on Tuesdays) or for first-time customers (3×) as disclosed on the Site at the time of the order.
• Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be combined with other promo codes or deals, and expire 12 months after being earned.
• Rewards can be redeemed only on orders with a subtotal of $15 or more.
• We may change reward tiers, earn rates or expiry terms with 30 days' notice on the Site. Points earned before the change retain their original value.
• Attempted abuse (multiple accounts, fake orders) is grounds for account termination and forfeiture of points without refund.

7. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your phone number and email up to date. If your phone number changes, contact us so we can transfer your points.

8. Allergens & halal

We offer halal-marked items throughout the menu. We operate in a shared kitchen — we cannot guarantee any item is free of cross-contact with dairy, gluten, nuts, sesame or halal/non-halal proteins. If you have a life-threatening allergy, please call the store directly at 905-876-0222 before ordering.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at least 14 days in advance on this page. Using the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
